By using Stashy ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. What Stashy Does
Stashy helps you plan gifts for the people you care about. It stores gift ideas, tracks birthdays, manages wishlists, and offers AI-powered gift suggestions.
2. Account
You can use Stashy without an account. Signing in with Apple enables cloud sync and sharing features. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
3. Subscriptions
- Stashy offers a free tier and a Pro subscription (monthly, yearly, or lifetime).
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Prices are displayed before purchase.
- Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
4. AI Gift Suggestions
AI suggestions are generated by a third-party AI model and are provided for inspiration only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or suitability of any suggestion. Product prices and availability may change.
5. Acceptable Use
Don't use Stashy to store illegal content, harass others, or attempt to reverse-engineer the app or its backend services.
6. Intellectual Property
Stashy and its design, code, and content are owned by Renderei Martin GmbH. Your data belongs to you.
7. Limitation of Liability
Stashy is provided "as is". We are not liable for missed birthdays, unsuitable gift suggestions, or data loss. Use the app at your own discretion.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if these terms are violated. You can stop using the app at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
