How do I cancel Stashy Pro?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are cancelled in your Apple ID settings: open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, pick Stashy and tap Cancel Subscription. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. The lifetime purchase is one-off and has nothing to cancel.
What does Stashy Pro cost, and what is free?
The free tier includes 20 text product searches per month. Stashy Pro is 3.99 € per month, 29.99 € per year, or 79.99 € once for lifetime access.
Where is my data stored?
Your people, ideas, notes and wishlists live on your device. If you use Sign in with Apple, Stashy also backs them up so you can restore them on a new device or after reinstalling the app.
I got a new phone. How do I get my data back?
Install Stashy, sign in with the same Apple ID you used before and restore your backup. Without Sign in with Apple there is no backup to restore from, so turn it on before you switch devices.
How do I share my own wishlist?
Open your wishlist and share the link. Anyone who opens it sees the items on that list, and nothing else from your app.
How do I delete my account and my data?
Deleting the app removes the data on your device. If you signed in with Apple and want the backup deleted too, write to hey@stashy.gift from the address linked to your Apple ID and we delete it.
